Monica Lynne: Reinventing MidLife w/ Art & Heart

Hi, I’m Monica Lynne (but just call me Nik). Now in my 60's, I am rewriting my story. After a lifetime of emotional trauma and the end of a rather toxic marriage, I moved myself and my rescue animals to a new home where I’m embracing the chaos and beauty of starting over.

This channel is for anyone rebuilding their life after loss, trauma, or major changes, particularly women and men in their 60s, and beyond. Together, we’ll explore healing through art, nature, and music, celebrate the love of animals, and learn to thrive despite life’s challenges. For me, that’s Fibromyalgia, anxiety, and depression.

Life can be messy, especially when you’re healing from the past and stepping into the unknown. But it can also be bold, beautiful, and full of magic. If you’re ready to embrace your journey, find strength in the mess, and create something magical from it, you’re in the right place. Let’s do this together—one step at a time.
