Enter the Mist...

For all of recorded history, the Old Gods ruled the world of man with an iron fist, manipulating and enslaving as they drew power from their subordinates. In time, the Dragon Aspects rose up and fought to free mankind, pushing the Old Gods back and banning them from the world.

It's been nearly a thousand years since the 'Dragon Wars' freed the kingdoms of man, and for nearly a thousand years, the 'mist' has crept across that world, withering and destroying all life in its path.  As man struggles to learn the secrets of the Mist, their Dragon Protectors lie dormant, keeping the Old Gods at bay.

But as the Mist creeps into the heart of man's new world, darkness stirs. From the greatest depths of Kel Doran, something...awakens.
