Welcome to the beautiful mind of imbalanced chemicals. As a black African woman who suffers from Mental Illness, i have decided to let people have a glimpse of my wonderful life, in order to do away with the stigma of mental illness in Africa.

Assumptions are dangerous, and I am by no means the poster girl for all mental health issues, however I can shed some light on triggers, how to deal with certain problems, and how to care for a loved one who suffers from any kind of mental chemical imbalance.
