I lost 100 pounds on supervised medical keto with PCOS and Hashimoto's. This is the real, unfiltered journey — the food, the chaos, the comeback, and the dog who broke my finger at my biggest milestone.

No influencer fluff. No smoothie cleanses. Just a full-time working woman documenting what medical keto actually looks like with two autoimmune conditions and a very chaotic house.

New videos every week — medical keto meals, PCOS real talk, weight loss systems, and Cole.
