I'm now 63 and a dad and grandpa to a daughter and 2 amazing grandsons.
October 3 2023. I began the journey of my new life.

 Being disabled here in the country I have loved and grown up in a hard life. I'm on a "Low Budget" Carnivore Journey. It can be done!   I have to continue to heal.Turning to Carnivore has saved my life.  It might save yours too.
