Midlife Yoga

I’m Padma, a traditional yoga teacher.

Midlife Yoga is about bringing yoga into real life — sometimes messy, and far from perfect.

A place for self-care, especially around the midlife years, when our bodies and needs change, and we sometimes need to rethink how we care for them.

♦ Here you’ll find simple, logical practices based on traditional Hatha Yoga to help you move better, build strength, develop flexibility, work with your breath, and also slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Yoga for midlife, adapted to where we are in life, can be a simple and healthy way to maintain our quality of life as we age.

You don’t need to be flexible or in great shape.
Just come as you are.

If that sounds like your kind of yoga —
Let’s practice.
