With over 15 years’ experience as a professional chef and Director of Bay Tree Catering CIC, Michelle brings world-class expertise. Her career includes cooking for the Olympic Committee at the 2012 London Olympics, Executive Chef at EventCity, catering at the Ryder Cups, and working with the Australian Cricket Team.
