I’ve spent the last 15+ years leading design innovation at places like Amazon, where I shaped product experiences for Fire TV and Kindle, built global brand systems, and launched campaigns that live across everything from Prime Video to delivery boxes. As a Deaf creative, visual communication isn’t just my strength — it’s my native language.

Accessibility isn’t a checklist for me. It’s the spark that drives inventive solutions — like building the first ASL interpreting agency inside Amazon or developing captioning apps for wearables before wearables were cool. Whether I’m guiding cross-functional teams, writing strategic briefs for Fortune 100 brands, or mentoring new talent, my mission is always the same:
