Menopause, but Make It Weird

I help women navigate the weird side of menopause with real-life experience, plain-English research, and zero fluff.

I’m Jessica, a retired Registered Nurse with an MBA in Healthcare, an author, and woman pushing fifty who thought I had a pretty good handle on how the human body worked… right up until mine started doing some weird stuff.

I expected hot flashes, mood swings, and the other usual menopause greatest hits. Instead, I had strange allergic reactions, fainting, and symptoms I never would have connected to perimenopause.

That’s why I created Menopause, But Make It Weird.

This channel is about the strange, confusing, and downright bizarre side of midlife health. I’ll share what happened to me, what I learned, and the research behind it.

I’m not here to pretend I have all the answers. I’m just the lady next door who suddenly found herself asking:
What the heck is happening to me?

If you’ve ever wondered the same thing, you’re in the right place.
