Men Worth Dating

Every man says he’s a good guy. Not one of them can prove he’s done the work. You can.

I’m Rafael Gomez. There are ten standards that make a man worth dating: like women as people, know yourself, decide what you want, look after yourself, have a full life, go after what you want, keep your promises, be safe to be around, be kind not nice, be good company.

Not one of them is a trait you either have or you don’t. All ten are learnable, and working on any one of them improves your chances.

Here you’ll find teardowns of the advice men are being sold, interviews with women about what actually moves them, and the work itself.
