Member's Cut

Member’s Cut was created to bring our cooperative story to your table.

Founded by Farmers Coop Society, Member’s Cut connects local farmers directly with the community, showcasing premium beef and pork raised right here by FCS members. Every cut reflects the care, pride, and hard work of the producers behind it because great food starts long before it reaches the butcher case.

More than a butcher shop, Member’s Cut celebrates local agriculture. Our Angus beef and Duroc pork are thoughtfully raised and expertly cut to deliver exceptional flavor, from dry aged steaks to smoked specialties you will not find anywhere else in the area. Located on Highway 75 in Sioux Center, we are proud to offer unique, locally sourced products that raise the bar for farm to table meat.

Built by a cooperative and open to everyone, you do not have to be a member to shop Member’s Cut, just someone who values great food and the people who produce it.

From our producers to your plate, this is Member’s Cut.
