Melanated ADHD

This podcast was created to capture the stories of BIPOC living with ADHD, with a special focus on Black and Brown women living with ADHD. By sharing our stories and experiences, the Melanated ADHD podcast aims to reshape perceptions of how ADHD impacts those within our communities and explore pathways to flourish and thrive.

Help us reach our goal to interview as many BIPOC living with ADHD, especially Black and Brown Women with undiagnosed or clinically diagnosed ADHD. You can do this by sharing our podcast or joining us as a guest. We want to let others know who look like us that they are not alone.
