I am Anjali, a fully qualified and certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master; and Author of The Advanced Guide to the Chakras. Here, I share transformative guided meditations rooted in ancient Tantric wisdom and almost 30 years of personal spiritual experience stemming from my Kundalini Awakening at the age of 35.
