Medieval Daoyin Study Group

The Medieval Daoyin Exercise Study Group has met online every fortnight since March 2025 to explore historical daoyin exercises based on Dolly Yang’s translation of a 7th-century Chinese medical text. Through reading, discussion, and practice, the group engages with early Chinese therapeutic exercise traditions in an accessible and collaborative spirit. This channel hosts recordings and related materials from the study group’s online sessions.
