Mean Spirited Paranormal

Mean Spirited investigates the investigators.

We examine paranormal equipment, evidence, techniques, and extraordinary claims to find out what the evidence actually supports—and where interpretation, expectation, or sensationalism may be getting in the way. Along the way, we consult experts, test common investigative methods, break down paranormal TV moments, and explore better ways to investigate the unexplained.

We’re not here to tell you what to believe. We’re here to ask better questions, test better methods, and see what really happens in the dark.

Science for the strange. Sarcasm for the sensational.
Separate observation from interpretation.
