Maverick 51

Welcome to Maverick 51!

If it has wheels, an engine, a battery, or involves building, fixing or improving something, you'll probably find it here.

Follow my adventures in camper van life, off-grid electrics, DIY projects, engineering, road trips, product reviews and my Porsche 997.2. From leisure battery and Victron upgrades to renovations and European travel, I share real projects as they happen—the successes, mistakes and lessons learned along the way.

By profession I'm a Graphic Designer, but I've always enjoyed getting hands-on. Over the years I've gained practical skills through vehicle builds, DIY, renovation work, mechanics and engineering.

Maverick 51 comes from my kart racing days, where Maverick was my race name and 51 was my race number.

If you enjoy camper vans, cars, off-grid living, travel and practical projects, you're in the right place.
