Marie Coladonato

Hey guys! My name is Marie and I am 24 years old. I have a great passion for health and helping others. On this channel, I like to share everything that is health and wellness related, like my favourite healthy recipes and workouts. I was inspired to start this channel because I didn't see many people focusing on overall balance when it came to their health, and showing themselves through their own health journey along the way. I upload every Monday at 12 PM EST. Hope you enjoy! xoxo
