A cultural anthropologist, strategist, and founder, Marcie runs her own advisory practice. She was a Managing Director at Ernst & Young, where she led the Cultural Insights and Customer Strategy practice. She also teaches business strategy and consulting at The Ohio State University.

Her work focuses on the human behaviors and shifting values most research misses. She uses Gen Z as a leading signal of where culture and consumer behavior are heading, and turns that into clear moves leaders can act on.
