Mantras of Light for Everyday Life

I will be posting a new Mantra of Light for Everyday LIfe every week.  The mantras address different issues we all have:  sleep, anger, grief, love, etc.  Each contains instructions on how to use the mantra and a phonetic presentation of their sound.  It is the sound itself that connects to the feeling, not the words, which have no meaning of their own. 

These mantras resonate with me and help me achieve the stated purposes.  Listen openly, and chant along, and they may also resonate with and work for you.  
Listening to these mantras may also give you the courage and confidence to receive your own mantras tailored for your special needs and desires.
