Man-Made Pies

Welcome to Man-Made Pies, where classic pies meet bold twists!

I’m a Maryland cottage baker with a passion for homemade pies, buttery crusts, fresh ingredients, and experimenting with traditional recipes.

On this channel, I’ll share baking tutorials, pie-making techniques, original recipes, kitchen experiments, and the occasional baking success (or failure). From flaky butter-and-lard crusts to fruit-filled favorites and creative seasonal pies, there’s always something baking in my kitchen.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced home baker, come along as I test recipes, share what I’ve learned, and work toward making better pies.
