Mags Salton | The Matrescence Mentor

Mags Salton is the founder of The Matrescence Mentor. She is an early childhood development specialist and a matrescence mentor, with over ten years helping more than 3,000 mothers and young families. She holds an MA in Applied Linguistics and Education from the University of Warsaw and an AMI Montessori diploma for the first three years of life. She is a mother of three. Her work helps women, families and organisations through the shift into motherhood.

This channel is your sanctuary for understanding the psychology of motherhood and matrescence: the developmental process of becoming a mother.

We dive into real science: brain changes during pregnancy, hormones, the fourth trimester, mum rage, feeling touched out, postpartum anxiety, and physical recovery. These aren't signs you're failing. They're signs you're transforming.

You are not losing yourself. You are becoming someone new.
