Madam Soul Pull

Most of us don't need more noise. We need more opportunities to pause. (Which, if you're anything like me, is much harder than it sounds.)

This channel is an invitation to slow down. Sometimes that looks like listening to Himalayan singing bowls. Sometimes it's the sound of rain, birds, or wind. Sometimes it's simply paying a little more attention to the moment you're already in.

You don't need to be spiritual. You don't need meditation experience. You just have to be willing to pause for a little while. I'm less interested in helping you escape your life than helping you notice it.

My hope isn't that you leave thinking about the bowls. I hope you leave remembering what it felt like to pause.

Sound is the invitation. Listening is the practice. I'm practicing this with you, too.

Thanks for joining me.
