Mad Batter by Tanvi

An engineer turned baker, I use all my math, science and creativity in baking up madness. My passion for food became my occupation when I became a mom to the most adorable baby girl and decided that being a mom was my greatest passion. Of course food ties in first place!!
The science of baking has taken over my life in the best way and I would love to share the things I learn in my kitchen with all of you! Being a mom my aim is to keep the health and use the best ingredients while maintaining the decadence that food deserves. As they say "Food is love served on a plate".
Our country has a unique weather pattern with extremes of heat, rain, humidity and cold depending on where you are in this gorgeous sub-continent of ours. Let me help you figure out the hacks for your Indian weather and help you bake with your family and get ready for those surprise guest attacks!!
