MacBrant The Mind Guy

We help make logistics environments happier and healthier. By providing you with the structure, support and resources that you need to make true lasting change in your operation we help you to beat the stigma associated with mental health, build resilience and respond to traumatic incidents.

We construct the systems and techniques that will improve the wellbeing of your entire team including managers, warehouse workers, drivers and office staff. When you work with us we give you access to support to help boost social, psychological and emotional wellbeing in your business from HR specialists, mental health therapists and first aiders for mental health.

1 in 10 suicides from the UK workforce are by someone employed in logistics. It is our mission to half that rate.
