My K.I.T.

My K.I.T. (kinetic. intelligent. tools.) in fitness and life

My K.I.T. in Fitness & Life (Kinetic intelligent tools) helps people find the right tools that help change their life and health for the better.
We’ll explore what is Kinetic for a person– What produces movement of mind/Soul, body, and spirit.
We want the tool to be Intelligent – What makes sense for each person? One size does not always fit all.
Tools – What training, literature, courses, or activities build and support the change and the results?
My Kinetic Intelligent Tools (K.I.T) in Fitness & Life is rooted in the biblical foundation of the Goods News of Christ Jesus and we welcome all people of all backgrounds.
I want to demonstrate my journey discovering My K.I.T. Sharing my experience and the experience of others that try various tools (courses, activities, programs, coaching, etc.). What was the impact of the course? How did it feel? Did it work?
