MY Mental Wellness

Welcome to MY Mental Wellness! Our mission is to create a safe, supportive space where mental health is openly talked about and stigma is broken down. We’re passionate about offering accessible, affordable, and culturally sensitive care to support healing through education, prevention, and recovery.

In partnership with the Islamic Center of Detroit, we’re proud to expand our impact across the greater Detroit area. Our long-term goal is to inspire mosques across the country to adopt this model — making mental health care more integrated and accessible in every community.

We envision a future where individuals and families thrive — mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically — free from stigma and full of hope.
