MOYS is a rock band from Enebakk Norway, formed in 1993. With norwegian lyrics and hard riffs, they became part of the experimental underground in Norwegian rock in the 90s. Moys is inspired by bands such as Tool, Alice in Chains and Soundgarden, but also Black Sabbath and Pink Floyd. The  forrests surrounding their hometown  Enebakk has also been cited as a source of inspiration. MOYS has released four albums and toured Norway. Moys has played with artists like CC Cowboys, Seigmen, Helloween, Locomotives and Bruce Dickinson from Iron Maiden. Moys is also known for making music to texts by the norwegian author Ragnhild Jølsen (1875-1908) and in November 2009 they released the album "Måneskinn og tåke", with texts by Jølsen. In 2025 MOYS released the two singles "Henda i været" and "Farlig" from the forthcoming album "Uår", planned for release in 2026.
