Minnesota State Association of Parliamentarians

We provide and promote opportunities for the study of parliamentary procedure based on Robert's Rules of Order. All are welcome to learn with us and to join us. MSAP is a constituent member of the National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP). You can join NAP after passing a membership exam on basic parliamentary procedure and paying dues. Membership entitles you to discounts on books, many resources and further learning opportunities.
