M.O.S.A.I.C.

I’m a full-time pharmacist passionate about leadership & development.
This channel explores how the internal and external systems shaping behavior beneath conscious choice influence how we live, lead, heal, and relate.

• How unconscious fear patterns shape decisions

• How awareness and regulation change outcomes

• Where medicine supports health — and where healing happens beyond the pill

• Why connection, environment, and gathering impact change

What I offer:

• Free online community with monthly live gatherings

• In-person retreats for leaders, families, and friends at MOSAIC Luxury Villa in Jamaica

M.O.S.A.I.C.-Movement Of Social And Individual Consciousness -is grounded in truth of connection — to self, to others, and to environment — is foundational to regulation, resilience, and leadership.

S.T.A.R. Life Experiences at MOSAIC Luxury Villa are intentional gatherings where connection becomes medicine, restoring clarity individually and collectively.
