Lucy Brauner

Hi, I’m Lucy. I’m 21 years old and I’m trying to be sober for the very first time. This channel is my honest, real journey — the good days, the hard days, and everything in between. I’m not perfect, but I’m showing up and choosing myself one day at a time. If you’re on your own path to recovery, questioning your relationship with substances, or just want to feel a little less alone, I’d love for you to follow along. We’re growing, healing, and learning together 🤍
