Lower My Property Taxes | BC Assessment Appeals

Is your BC Assessment too high? 100% of the homeowners I've helped who saw their appeal through came away with a reduction. At the Property Assessment Appeal Board, they won 91% of the adjudicated decisions, 30 of 33. More than $22.6 million in reductions for 40 homeowners, every result public, with Board file numbers you can check.

On this channel:
• How BC Assessment values your home, and where it goes wrong
• How to appeal at the Review Panel and the Appeal Board
• My Vancouver Island Tax Roll Audit: 7,079 home sales, 63 matched
• What BC Assessment and the Ministry of Finance said, in their own records
