Low Carb Family (Cynthia Fuller)

Welcome to the Low Carb Family channel! My family and I have lost over 300lbs together following a low carb diet and intermittent fasting.

Our journey began first for my husband and I in August of 2023 following the Atkins 20 diet and intermittent fasting. With our son following along six months later joining us in the commitment to a low carb healthier lifestyle.

Through our journey we’re always asked, how’d we lose the weight? When we respond with, a low carb diet and intermittent fasting, the response usually is, I can’t do that. If we can, you can too 😍

We’re delighted to share our low carb meals and treats with you. Mostly created by my amazingly talented husband, Stephen.❣️
