IT'S JUST L.Y.F

Welcome friends! I'm Latasha Monique, massage therapist, esthetician, mother of 3, lover, encourager and friend.

This channel is my visual diary, healing journal to the world.

You will find a little of everything here pep talks, scripture, diaries/my thoughts.

Journey with me through my healing process, as I grow in self-love, spirituality, etc.

I hope that by hearing my stories, trials and tribulations and things that I am doing to better myself would be able to help someone else and to remind you that you matter, you are worthy, you are loved, so that you may live the life you've been dreaming of.

Peace & Blessings
