Together through a 1-1 sleep consultation,  group coaching, or postpartum doula support,  we focus on establishing flexible routines that strike a balance between structure and freedom, fostering effective communication that is both kind and firm, and building secure attachments that nurture trust and respect in the parent-child relationship. 

A holistic sleep coaching approach includes meeting the child’s biological, nutritional, developmental, and behavioral needs using a combination of tools; like lifestyle changes, nutrition, activities , schedule & tweaks to the routines and habits, sleep environment adjustments, and mindset shifts to improve communication.
