I’m Erin, the owner and practitioner of Love Yourself Therapeutic Bodywork. I am certified and licensed with over 1350 hours of formal hands-on training and over 24 years of experience with specialization in Myofascial Release, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Lymphatic Drainage, Rehabilitative and Therapeutic Massage Therapy. I have a background in ballet and modern dance. Some of my favorite stress relieving hobbies include rock climbing, paddle boarding, cycling and in-line skating.
