I'm Lori Lee Mendieta, a buyer's agent with Century 21 The Harrelson Group, helping people buy across the Grand Strand — Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island, Conway, Market Common, Carolina Forest, and North Myrtle Beach. My family settled in Murrells Inlet in 2005, so my local knowledge is lived experience — which neighborhood fits which lifestyle, where locals actually eat versus where tourists go, and what to watch for in a coastal HOA or assessment. Before real estate, I spent 25 years in competitive sports, so I know how to advocate hard for my buyers.

I work especially with families relocating from New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey who want the resident's version of the Grand Strand, not the tourist one.
