Liza Spirit Trades

Hey all! I’m Liza — a futures day trader and the founder of Spirit Trading. I’ve been trading futures since June 2023 and investing in the stock and crypto markets since November 2018.

I’m not just here to talk about charts and P&L — I believe trading success starts within. That’s why I do daily meditations every morning before the market opens to get grounded and focused. My content is all about supporting traders with mindset, trading psychology, discipline, consistency, and sticking to their plans and rules. And sharing the raw trading journey with ups and downs.

I started a challenge on August 12, 2024, to grow an account from $5,000 — follow along for the real, raw journey 🚀
