Living in Sun Valley Idaho

Welcome to my channel — your inside look at life in Sun Valley, Idaho! 🏔️

I'm Erika Rixon, a local real estate agent who has called this valley home for nearly two decades. Here, I share what it's really like to live in Sun Valley, Ketchum, Hailey, and the greater Wood River Valley — from the neighborhoods and homes on the market to the mountains, trails, events, and community that make this place so special.

Whether you're dreaming about a move, considering a second home, or just curious what life looks like at the base of Bald Mountain, this channel is your front-row seat. Expect neighborhood tours, market updates, local business features, seasonal must-dos, and an honest look at what makes this valley worth calling home.
