Greater Nashville New Homes Weekly

New construction home tours across Greater Nashville and Middle Tennessee. I’m Richard Royer, a local REALTOR® helping buyers compare builders, floor plans, communities, and incentives before choosing a new home.

Each week, I tour new construction model homes and newly built homes in Nashville, Williamson County, Franklin, Brentwood, Nolensville, Spring Hill, Hendersonville, Mt. Juliet, Gallatin, Lebanon, Columbia, and surrounding areas. I’ll show you what I like, what I’d question, and what to confirm with the builder about pricing, included finishes, and incentives.

Whether you’re relocating to Greater Nashville or looking for your next home nearby, subscribe for new construction tours and practical advice you can use in your search.
