Hi there! I’m Kate, and I’m so glad you’ve found this space. I created genHERus as a dedicated resource for Christian moms to discover and define Biblical generosity for themselves. My personal mission is simple: “Live a way, to give away.”

While it sounds straightforward, diving into God’s Word convicted me to move toward truly sacrificial giving—a reflection of the heart of Christ (2 Corinthians 8:9). Creating a concrete plan for my giving has brought me an inexpressible sense of peace and joy that "things" simply can't provide.

A little about me: I’m a homeschool mom of four and have been married to my best friend, Jonathan (a very wise financial advisor!), for nearly 15 years. For a decade, I ran a custom wedding floral business that the Lord grew by 10,000%, taking me all over the East Coast. At the height of that success, I felt called to close the business to pursue this mission: helping moms like you find the joy of Biblical generosity. I’m honored to have you here!
