Live Cell Image Analysis

We are leaders of two NIH-funded research centers with national outreach in cancer cell imaging (grants RM1GM145399 and U54CA268072). This channel provides demonstrations and tutorials for the u-quantify software bundle, designed for live-cell image analysis.

The bundle integrates more than ten specialized packages developed in the Danuser Lab over the past two decades, including:
u-probe – analysis of FRET and ratiometric probes image analysis
u-track – multi-particle tracking
u-track3D – multi-particle tracking in 3D
u-segment – 2D cell segmentation
u-segment3D – 3D cell segmentation
u-register – local cell edge motion analysis
Plus additional 2D and 3D pipelines for advanced bioimage analysis

Our mission is to make cutting-edge live cell image analysis tools accessible to the broader scientific community through open-source software and hands-on video tutorials.
