16 year old girl who has a passion for all things fitness related. In 2023 I faced a big road block involving heath issues. But I am working through them and learning to love myself again and be me. I want to share the world my story. I want to inspire people to face your challenges head on even when it would be easier to give up. I want to teach people about Nutrition and Fitness.
