Little Blue Human

Little Blue Human explores the science of human behaviour – the habits, feelings and quiet patterns that shape how we think, act and connect with each other.

Each video takes real research from psychology and behavioural science and turns it into a simple, illustrated story you can actually use. Understand yourself a little better, read other people a little clearer, and pick up small changes that make everyday life easier.

The little blue human is all of us: a bit unsure, sometimes awkward, always learning.

I'm Erik, the man behind the channel, with a background in media and communication. The drawings and narration are made with AI, then checked and selected by me – the research is real and the sources are listed under each video.
