Mexico Beach + Cape San Blas Realtor, Linda Surles

Hi, I’m Linda, a local Realtor helping people find their spot along Florida’s Forgotten Coast.

I cover Mexico Beach, Cape San Blas, Port St Joe, St Joe Beach, and the surrounding coastal communities.

Here you’ll find home tours, local favorites, beach town life, market updates, and the things people really want to know before buying here, from insurance and vacation rentals to figuring out which area fits you best.

A lot of my clients start their search from out of town, so I show you more than listing photos. I want you to get a feel for the homes, the different beach communities, and what everyday life here is actually like.

If you’re thinking about a second home, vacation rental, full time move, or eventual retirement on the Forgotten Coast, you’re in the right place.
