We have both been exercising our whole lives, and this channel means a lot to us because we’re a close mother-daughter team. Andrea shares her health tips with Amber, and Amber is passionate about helping her mum stay healthy and strong — wanting to keep her around as long as possible. By sharing our journey, we hope to pass on useful tips that can support you too.
