Embody You with Lawanda

If you’re used to being the strong one, achieving, caregiving, or pushing through your days while feeling tense, numb, or disconnected from your body, you’re in the right place.

On this channel, I guide you through gentle 10-minute somatic practices to help you slow down, soften patterns of bracing, reconnect with your body, and feel more present, grounded, and alive.

I’m Lawanda Jackson, a licensed somatic psychotherapist and coach. My work is rooted in body-oriented healing, mindfulness, spiritual psychology, and the belief that deep healing begins when we learn to relate to ourselves with kindness, compassion, and care.

Through these practices, my hope is to support you in reconnecting with your heart, remembering your innate value, and coming home to the truth of who you are.

I work with clients through one-on-one private therapy sessions, coaching, and group workshops.

Subscribe for gentle practices that help you soften, reconnect, and embody more of yourself.
