LifeWishGuardian

Short, plain-language videos about common care decisions, so a family can talk about care before a hard day arrives.

Each video covers one topic in everyday words: CPR, breathing machines, feeding tubes and IV fluids, comfort care, and who can speak for you when you cannot. They come from Richard, a nurse practitioner (NP) and experienced critical care nurse in North Carolina's Research Triangle. Some videos use AI-generated actors and AI voices, and are labeled that way.

LifeWishGuardian is a free iPhone app that lets a parent record healthcare wishes on video, in their own voice, and share that recording with the people they choose.

These videos are educational, not medical or legal advice. Talk with your doctor or care team about your own situation.
