Life Distracted With Lucy

This channel is space for artists, creatives, and anyone who can’t help but get distracted by all the wonderful aspects of art and design. I share drawing tutorials, painting demonstrations, and step‑by‑step art lessons designed to help you grow your skills with confidence.

Alongside tutorials, I dive into art history, exploring the stories, techniques, and movements that shaped the way we create today. From classical realism to expressive mark‑making, each video connects past and present to spark your own creative ideas.

This channel is also about my lived experience of being a self artist — the joy, the chaos, the curiosity, and the constant pull toward art, design, colour, texture, and visual storytelling. If you’re someone who notices patterns in everyday life, gets lost in galleries, or feels creatively “distracted” in the best possible way, you’ll feel right at home.
