Life Bikes Bananas & Spice

Do you want to make the world a better place? What is life without health? What positive force for change can we all be a part of no matter what we look like or where we come from?

This unified positive force for change in the world is called being vegan. The FOUR PILLARS of a Vegan world:
1. Do no harm to our animal brothers and sisters. The biggest impact we can have is leaving out animal products from our daily reality.

2. LOSE weight and REGAIN your health through a low fat, low protein, high carbohydrate diet based on eating starch and fruit. Stay lean and healthy on these staples while adding some spice to life (NO calorie counting!).

3. Save what is left of the environment and native ecology. Animal farming is an industry that is destroying what is left of nature.

4. Unshackable anti capitalism solidarity with our human brothers and sisters in the face of industrial capitalism that treats animals, humans, and the planet as resources to be exploited for profit.
