Life Between the Trees

For nearly a century, Otter Creek Church has been shaped by a deep love for God and people. In 2023, our elders discerned a vision for a retreat space rooted in creation—a place for healing, outreach, and intergenerational ministry beyond the city.

That vision became Woodlands Retreat, purchased on November 17, 2025. Located just an hour from Nashville, the property features a private lake, spring-fed creek, cabins, a lodge for up to 90 guests, and 300 acres of woods and trails.

Woodlands Retreat is already welcoming groups, with plans to expand in the years ahead. Our prayer is that the veil between Heaven and Earth feels a little thinner here.
